I have degrees in Education and Social sciences, I’m a qualified yoga teacher and music therapist. I developed a particular interest in coping strategies of stress and fears in everyday life and burn-out prevention.
It was my own personal life situation that led me to the career of practising therapy. I was not happy in my job, and family frictions made the situation even more difficult, leading me to a complete burn-out. It was then I told myself: "Enough!“ At that moment, I began exploring my options, eventually directing my steps onto a path towards that which I would truly enjoy.
By engaging with my clients, I help to eliminate their fears, accompanying them when they decide to face up to what is challenging for them and embark on a journey towards a more content life.
