Meet your therapist
My practice combines professional clinical training with a deep understanding of how closely mind and body are linked. Working in physical health, I saw how often people were held back by high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, and nervous system exhaustion. When stress is constantly held in the body, strict rules quickly lead to burnout.
My own path started with a chronic pain condition and an NHS course that treated my mind, emotions, and body as one connected system. It changed everything for me, and the experience informs the care I offer in my practice.
I specialise in CBT and REBT, using practical mind-body tools to ease both racing thoughts and physical stress like tension and panic. Together, we unpack the rigid demands driving your anxiety, while offering targeted support.
How it works
Straightforward, calm, and at whatever pace suits you best.
A free 15-minute telephone call
We start with a 15-minute chat to see if we are a good fit for working together.
Our weekly sessions
We meet online for 50 minutes a week. We'll unpack unhelpful thoughts and "shoulds" at your own pace. Therapy can be quiet and thoughtful, or it can be more energetic as it's a space for you to express, and you'll always leave with practical tools for real life.
Tools you keep for life
The aim is simply to work myself out of a job. You'll leave with practical skills you can rely on for life, giving you the confidence to manage your mind and handle whatever comes up long after our time together finishes.

Cancellations. I understand that life can get in the way of plans. Give me at least 24 hours' notice and we can rearrange your meeting.
Is everything I say confidential?
Yes. What stays in the room stays in the room. I'll explain the usual professional boundaries before we begin so you feel completely clear and comfortable.
What if I get emotional?
That is entirely okay. You don't need to apologise for your feelings here, or worry about keeping up a brave face.
Do I have to talk about my past?
Only if it feels helpful to you, or if you want to. Our work is centred on the present: understanding what's going on for you right now and finding practical ways to move forward.
How many sessions will I need?
There's no set rule, but we will talk about it openly as we go. We focus on practical change rather than open-ended sessions. The aim is to help you build up your own skills and confidence, so you can get back to living your life without needing therapy.
What if therapy turns out not to be right for me?
Then we talk about it openly. Sometimes you don't know if something is working until you try it for a bit. There is no benefit to you in staying in sessions that aren't serving you. If we realise along the way that this isn't the right fit, we can discuss what might work better for you.
Is online therapy as good as in-person?
Yes, particularly for practical, focused therapy. Working online allows us to do the same work. Most clients find that once the screen is on, it quickly feels just like a regular face-to-face conversation.
